Please read our terms and conditions of sale carefully.

We use Royal Mail to despatch your goods. Products are despatched within the UK. Should you wish to receive items in any other country then please contact us direct and we will advise you of cost, time scales and carrier information at that time.

We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation. Your purchase will reach you according to Royal Mail (2nd Class) guidelines, and you should receive your order within a week (UK only, we will advise you of shipping times to all other countries).

We attempt to ensure that there is plenty of Monster spray in stock at all times. Should we - for whatever reason be out of stock, we will advise you as soon as possible. You are welcome to order items not in stock and we will dispatch it as soon as we can.

Our Guarantee - If after trying Monster Spray you are not completely satisfied you may return your spray dispenser for a refund (does not include postage costs or the cost of returning the product).

We have a 7 day refund policy, and goods must be returned in the original, unused condition. Please email us if you are returning goods, with your reasons for the return.

Please advise us of any error in your shipment immediately. If your product is damaged during transit, please let us know immediately.

To claim your FREE bottle of Monster Spray a purchase must be made at the full price including shipping (UK). You must inform us of your address with your testimonial for us to confirm your purchase and include your FREE bottle within the package.

Testimonials once submitted become the copyright of Exosphere Creative and therefore Nineteen to the Dozen Ltd, to be used in advertising mediums including but not limited to Internet Advertising campaigns, Printed Materials and Supporting Articles related to monster spray or any product or website developed and owned by Nineteen to the Dozen Ltd or any of its Brands. Please note we will only publish your Name and Town NOT your complete address.
